Carsten Klick (born May 19, 1968 in Berlin ) is a freelance German musician and photographer from Berlin.
biography
Carsten Klick played as a drummer for various artists, including a. Matthias Schweighöfer , Joachim Witt , Jeanette Biedermann , Laith Al-Deen , Peter Schilling , Mia , Tobias Regner , Schürzenjäger , ordinary seaman , Hans-Werner Olm , Nik Page , Kingdom Come , Soul Doctor , Dark Voices , Remo , Selina , MDR Jump . At the end of the 1990s Carsten Klick played as the drummer for the band Skew Siskin . During this time three albums were created on which he recorded several songs together with Lemmy Kilmister from Motörhead . During these years the band toured as a support act for Motörhead, Alice Cooper , Accept , Monster Magnet and other international greats. 2001 followed a European tour as a drummer for the band Kingdom Come and the collaboration for the album "Independent". From 2002 he played with the musicians of the band Silly , Uwe Haßbecker , Ritchie Barton and Hans-Jürgen Reznicek , as a drummer in Joachim Witt's band . This was followed by numerous concerts and studio productions on the albums "Bayreuth III" (Megaphone), "Forever - Masterpieces" ( Edel ), "Goldener Reiter" ( WEA ). From 2005 he played in the band of the musician and actress Jeanette Biedermann , among other things, Klick also worked in the ARD Tatort: Smoldering fire , in which Jeanette played the leading role. From 2008, Carsten Klick played alongside Jörg Weißelberg in the band of the former NDW singer Peter Schilling . Since 2017 he has been a permanent member of the band of the German actor and singer Matthias Schweighöfer . With artists and bands like Herbert Grönemeyer , BAP , Pur , Echt , Otto Waalkes and others, Carsten Klick has been working in the technical field for years.
Parallel to his work as a musician, Carsten Klick is also active as a photographer in the music and film scene.
