The Celebrity Summit (dt. Summit ) is a gas turbine - Panamax - cruise ship of the shipping company Celebrity Cruises . She was built as the third of four Millennium- class ships at the French shipyard Chantiers de l'Atlantique and commissioned in 2001.

The Celebrity Summit is currently used for cruises in the Caribbean as well as Canada and New England and Bermuda . Her sister ships are the Celebrity Millennium (2000), the Celebrity Infinity (2001) and the Celebrity Constellation (2002).

Public spaces / entertainment on board

The Celebrity Summit offers various entertainment options and public spaces. The main restaurant (Cosmopolitan Restaurant) offers space for 1170 passengers at the same time over two decks, with the evening menu being served in five courses and two courses. The Waterfall Café (deck 10) offers space for 754 passengers and provides breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks from early morning to midnight. The Celebrity Theater extends over three decks and has a capacity of 900 seats. In the evening, various entertainment programs (shows, musicals, entertainment) are presented here in two rounds. In spring 2012 the Celebrity Summit was renovated and equipped with Solstice-class equipment. 60 new cabins were also added, with the tonnage increasing from 90280 to 90940 GT.

The Celebrity Summit is currently sailing in American waters. In winter she travels the Caribbean from San Juan , between spring and autumn she travels from New York City to the Bermuda Islands as well as to Canada and New England .
