Chaouia-Ouardigha ( Arabic الشاوية ورديغة) was one of the 16 regions of Morocco until the administrative reform of 2015 and was located in the north of the kingdom. In the entire area of ​​Chaouia-Ouardigha, 1,655,660 people (as of 2004) lived on a total area of ​​7,010 km². The capital of the region was Settat .

M. Mohamed Ali El Admi , former member and a co-founder of the Polisario , was replaced as Prefect ( Wali ) of this region by Abdechakour Rais in April 2007 .

Since 2015, the province of Khouribga has belonged to the Béni Mellal-Khénifra region , the other three provinces to the Casablanca-Settat region .
