Christian Kane
Christian Michael Kane (born June 27, 1972 in Dallas , Texas ) is an American country singer / songwriter and actor . His most famous roles are that of Lindsey McDonald in the television series Angel and that of Eliot Spencer in the series Leverage . He is also known in the English-speaking world as an independent country rock musician.
biography
Christian Kane lived in various places during his childhood before the family settled in Norman , a small town in Oklahoma , where Kane later also attended university. During his college days he often appeared in various clubs with his cousin Brandon Hart. Following a dream of a career in the entertainment industry, Kane eventually moved to Los Angeles .
First, Kane worked there as an assistant in a production company before he played the role of Ryan Leggett in two episodes in 1997 on the MTV series Fame LA . This was followed by other guest roles in various television series, such as Rescue 77 and Dawson's Creek . Kane played a minor role in the 1999 film EDtv . This was followed by numerous, often smaller roles in films such as Vollmarried and Friday Night Lights .
In 1998 he founded the country rock duo Kane with Steve Carlson and released two CDs. In 2010 he released the solo EP Christian Kane .
Between 2008 and the end of the series in 2012 Christian Kane was seen in one of the leading roles in the series Leverage . There he played the role of Eliot Spencer . From 2012 to 2018 he played Jacob Stone in all episodes of the series The Quest .
