Christian Lerch

Christian Lerch (born March 6, 1966 in Wasserburg am Inn ) is a German screenwriter , television and theater actor .

Life

Before Christian Lerch began his career at the theater, he completed an apprenticeship at the Graz Drama School . Engagements at the Münchner Volkstheater and the Münchner Kammerspiele followed .

For television, he was discovered in 1990 the director Franz Xaver Bogner . Bogner cast with him the role of the judicial officer Karl Hermann in his cult series Café perjury . The collaboration was continued in the Munich 7 series, which won the Grimme Prize . Lerch was also involved in several episodes as a screenwriter for Bogner's series Der Kaiser von Schexing .

Together with Marcus H. Rosenmüller , Christian Lerch wrote the script for the movie Who dies earlier is longer dead .

His film Was weg is, is weg was shown in cinemas from March 22, 2012. He wrote the screenplay for this film and also directed it for the first time. Florian Brückner , Maximilian Brückner and the singer-songwriter Mathias Kellner play the leading roles as an unequal trio of brothers, and Jürgen Tonkel as the butcher Much.

Lerch also works as a speaker, including for Unter Unser Himmel on Bayerischer Rundfunk .
