Comedy Central Italia is the Italian branch of the US broadcaster Comedy Central . The station was originally called Paramount Comedy and shared the program space with Nickelodeon Italia , with Paramount Comedy broadcasting between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Comedy Central now broadcasts 24 hours a day. There is also a time shift version for the transmitter called Comedy Central +1 . The station has been broadcasting in 16: 9 since March 1, 2011 .
