Constantin Ludwig von Welden

Constantin Ludwig von Welden (* December 28, 1771 , † March 31, 1842 ) was a Bavarian landowner and administrative officer .

Life

Constantin Ludwig was a member of the von Welden aristocratic family , who were given control of Laupheim after the Peasants' War in 1582. In 1792 he was court advisor to the Prince-Bishop of Würzburg. In 1804 he joined the Bavarian government and became director of the highest judicial office in Bamberg. From 1815 to 1832 he was General District Commissioner of the (Upper) Main District . From July 27, 1832 to October 31, 1837 he was President of the Munich Higher Appeal Court .
