D'Artagnan is a French mini-series in four parts of 90 minutes each by Claude Barma. Dominique Paturel plays D'Artagnan in the title role . Other roles include Antonella Lualdi as Milady, Paloma Matta as Constance and Eleonora Rossi-Drago as Anna von Österreich. The German first broadcast began on February 14, 1970 on ARD .

The series covers the adventures of the Musketeers penned by Alexandre Dumas , D'Artagnan, Athos, Portos and Aramis. In the first part, the men become friends and save Queen Anna from a major scandal. The beautiful Gascogner D'Artagnan falls in love with Constance Bonaxieux, the Queen's pretty confidante. But the beautiful and unscrupulous Milady de Winter, who thwarted the musketeers, will take revenge. In the second part, Milady D'Artagnan's lover, Contance, murders, but the musketeers in turn kill Milady. In the third part, Milady's son Mordaunt appears to avenge his mother. In the fourth part, the friendship of the Musketeers is also put to the test.
