Dana Brunetti (born June 11, 1973 in Virginia ) is an American film producer and executive producer .

Life

Brunetti was born in the US state of Virginia. He attended Alleghany High School in Virginia and studied film at New York University . Brunetti is the president of Trigger Street Productions, founded by Kevin Spacey in 1997 . He has produced several films starring Kevin Spacey, including Beyond the Sea (2004), 21 (2008) and Casino Jack (2010). From 2013 to 2018 he produced the Netflix series House of Cards , for which he was nominated for two Emmys. He produced the films The Social Network and Captain Phillips , which were nominated for an Oscar for Best Picture. With Fifty Shades of Gray he produced a financially extremely successful film in 2015. In the following years he produced the two sequels to the film.

After a year-long relationship with Kristin Chenoweth , Brunetti is currently in a relationship with Katie Cassidy . He is the father of a child.
