Danielle Simone Bradbery (born July 23, 1996 in League City , Texas ) is an American country singer . She became known in 2013 as the fourth season winner of the talent show The Voice .

biography

At the age of 16, Danielle Bradbery was one of the youngest participants in the talent show The Voice in spring 2013. Although she claims to have no stage experience and no vocal training, she easily survived the blind auditions with the song Mean by country pop singer Taylor Swift . Most of their covers on the show were country songs. The Texan came through the preliminary and live rounds confidently by audience vote and outside of the broadcasts she was one of the most successful participants and with her songs regularly made the top 10 of the daily iTunes charts. Finally, after seven live rounds, she won the fourth season of the show as the youngest winner to date. She was also one of the most successful participants in The Voice in the US charts : all of her entries were placed in the country charts , six of them also in the Hot 100 , and her show compilation reached number 19, the highest position of all previous participants.

In November 2013, Danielle Bradbery was able to build on her success and also entered the top 20 of the charts with her first own album, named after herself. In early 2014 she appeared on the US tour for Brad Paisley in the opening act .
