Reviews
"Outdated, only halfway enjoyable film, in which only a few staging subtleties of the later famous director Anatole Litvak are hinted at."
“The Polish tenor Jan Kiepura was one of the protagonists of the German singer film of the thirties. In addition to his bel canto, he also had considerable talent for acting, which Anatole Litvak knew how to use in this amusing romance in an extremely skilled and film-specific manner. "
