Davorín Škvaridlo (born February 11, 1979 ) is a Slovak biathlete and cross-country skier .

Davorín Škvaridlo starts for ŠKP Štrbské Pleso . He took part in two races in the Biathlon European Cup in Windischgarsten in 2002 and finished 51st in the sprint and 48th in the pursuit. At the Summer Biathlon World Championships in Jablonec nad Nisou in 2002 , the Slovakian won the bronze medal in the relay race for the first time with Marek Matiaško , Radovan Cienik and Pavol Novák . Since 2003, he has devoted himself mainly to the cross-country running - Summer Biathlon . At the 2003 World Championships in Forni Avoltri , he finished 21st in the sprint, 14th in the pursuit and 26th in the mass start. With Matiaško, Cienik and Pavol Hurajt he won the bronze medal in the relay race. In the following year, Škvaridlo won the bronze medal with Eva Šebová , Bibiana Švejkovská and Radovan Cienik at the first summer biathlon European championships in Clausthal-Zellerfeld in 2004 with the mixed relay. In 2005 he took part again in a summer biathlon world championship in Muonio . In the sprint he was 18th, 15th in the pursuit, 16th in the mass start and sixth in the relay.

In cross-country skiing, Škvaridlo has started sporadically since 2002, and since 2004 regularly. First he ran in races of the Continental Cup and in FIS races . He was able to achieve single-digit placements several times and occasionally run onto the podium. In Nové Město na Moravě he started in the cross-country skiing world cup for the first time in 2005 and ran in the freestyle sprint to 72nd place. The best of his more than ten World Cup results, which he has only achieved in the sprint so far, was a 48th place in Gothenburg in 2005 . The greatest international success so far was participation in the Nordic World Ski Championships 2009 in Liberec , where Škvaridlo was 62nd in the sprint.
