Radovan Cienik , sometimes also Radoslav Cienik (born July 19, 1978 ) is a Slovak biathlete who achieved his successes mainly in cross-country - summer biathlon competitions.

Radovan Cienik from FTVŠ UK Bratislava had his first international assignments in winter. He ran for the first time in 2002 in Windischgarsten in the Biathlon European Cup and was 41st in the sprint and 39th in the pursuit. In the summer of 2003 he took part in a summer biathlon world championship for the first time in Forni Avoltri . In his individual races he achieved results between 13 and 20, with the relay, which also included Marek Matiaško , Davorín Škvaridlo and Pavol Hurajt , Cienik won the bronze medal. Winning the relay bronze medal (this time with Miroslav Matiaško instead of Skvaridlos) he was able to repeat in Osrblie in 2004 . He was also tenth in the sprint and eighth in the mass start. In 2005 , Cienik was also able to reach positions between eleven and 14 in Muonio . The 2009 Biathlon World Championships in Oberhof , where Cienik ran in the mid-30s , went less well . At the Summer Biathlon European Championships 2011 in Martell , he finished eleventh in the sprint and 14th in the pursuit race.
