DEUKOM is a South African company that offers the transmission of German-language television in southern Africa as well as telephone ( DEUtel ) and internet services ( DEUnet ).

DEUKOM Television

German-language television has been broadcasting via satellite since May 1, 1996, primarily in South Africa and Namibia . On April 11, 2016, Deukom customers in Namibia were informed that in future German-language television in the country will be distributed exclusively by Satelio . Existing customers were switched to Satelio. In South Africa, Deukom has also been using Satelio's services under its own name since May 2016.
