The German soccer championship of the B-Juniors 2003 was the fourth edition of this competition. The championship went to the 1. FFC Turbine Potsdam , who defeated FC Gütersloh 1-0 in the final in 2000 and was the first club to win the most important junior football title in Germany for the second time.
Participating teams
The winners of the five championship competitions of the regional associations of the German Football Association as well as the runners-up in the competitions of the northeast German, southern and west German regional associations qualified for the final round .
