The 10th Women's DFB Indoor Cup was held on January 18, 2003 in Bonn . The venue was the Hardtberghalle . The FFC Heike Rheine defeated in the final the 07 Bad Neuenahr SC 1: 0th For Rheine it was the first tournament victory.

mode

The twelve teams of the current Bundesliga season took part in the tournament. The teams were divided into two groups of six teams each. Within each group, each team played each other once. The group winners and runners-up reached the semi-finals. The semi-final losers played for third place, the semi-final winners for the tournament victory. If it was a draw from the semi-finals after regular playing time, a nine-meter shootout followed.
