action

Two years after his last transformation into the monster Hulk, David Banner is in a relationship with a young widow and is working at the Joshua Lambert Research Institute on a gamma transponder that he wants to use to reverse the gamma radiation overdose that caused him to lose himself transformed into the Hulk during fits of anger. He also has to fend off the pursuit of sensational reporter Jack McGee, who senses a sensation for his newspaper in Hulk.

Banner gets a visit from his former student Donald Blake, who tells him that he has made contact with the Germanic god Thor . The confrontation with Thor triggers another transformation in Banner; the laboratory is devastated in the fight between the Hulk and Thor.

David Banner still faces further transformations: As the Hulk, with the help of Thor, he successfully defends himself against a secret organization that is targeting the institute's gamma transponder.

Reviews

"The not very witty plot of this film, which was made as part of a television series (" The Incredible Hulk ", 1978) is livened up by action scenes, but not more convincing."
