Diogo Island is the name of an island in Batanes Province in the Philippines . Regionally, the island is also known under the names "Dinem" and "Di'nem". It belongs to the archipelago of the Batan Islands and is located about 289 km off the north coast of the island of Luzon , in the Luzon Strait . The island has an area of ​​around 1.6 km² and belongs to the Baranggay Raele of the municipality of Itbayat .

Diogo Island is uninhabited and has an elongated triangular shape with a length of about 1.8 km and a width of about 1.2 km. It is a now extinct volcano that rises 405 meters, according to other sources 513 meters, above sea level. The climb to the top of the island is considered very difficult. The coastline of the island is formed almost exclusively by steep cliffs, there is no direct mooring for boats. The island's vegetation consists of dense tropical vegetation and is inhabited by palm thieves , ants and birds.

West is Itbayat Island in 17 km, north is Siayan Island in about 33 km, south-east lies Batan Iceland in about 43 km distance from the island.
