The Dombach is a low mountain range in the Taunus . It rises in the eastern Hintertaunus southwest of Riedelbach and flows into the Emsbach from the right in Erbach .

The source is located between Dombach and Riedelbach in the extensive forest area, below the B275 . From the source it flows down the valley below the village of the same name. In the further course at the Hubermühle and below Schwickershausen further in the direction of the Goldener Grund . In Erbach it flows into the Emsbach.
