Dombach meadows from Riedelbach

The Dombach meadows of Riedelbach are a nature reserve in Riedelbach in the Hochtaunus district east of the Sommerberg .

The nature reserve

The nature reserve with a size of 12.4 hectares was temporarily secured on November 3, 1992 and placed under protection on February 17, 1995. The nature reserve consists of areas in corridors 10 and 12 of Riedelbach. It is a typical Waldwiesenbach valley and a habitat for plants and animals adapted to these special site conditions. The aim of the designation of the area is the extensive use of the green areas and the keeping of the meadow valley open.
