Don Bosco Church in Basel

The Don Bosco Church is a former Roman Catholic church in the Swiss city ​​of Basel . It is located in the Breite district and was dedicated to Saint Don Bosco . The architect of the church built in 1935 under Pastor Robert Mäder (parish of the Holy Spirit ) was Hermann Baur .

Since 2010 the church as well as the Brother Klaus church belonged again to the parish of the Holy Spirit. The Don Bosco Church has been closed since July 2013 and was profaned in September 2016 . It should serve worldly uses in the future. The bell tower of the listed building is in need of renovation.
