The Wisconsin State Highway 35 runs through the Town of Eastman and forms the Wisconsin section of the Great River Road here. Wisconsin State Highway 27 and Wisconsin State Highway 179 intersect in the center of town . All other roads are subordinate country roads and some unpaved roads.
A railway line of the BNSF Railway runs along the Mississippi for freight traffic .
