Ebenezer Ofori (born July 1, 1995 in Kumasi ) is a Ghanaian soccer player .

Career

He arrived in 2013 from New Edubiase United to AIK Solna .

On January 31, 2017, Ofori moved to VfB Stuttgart .

On February 21, 2018, Ofori moved to Major League Soccer for New York City FC on loan until the end of the year . In the 2018 season he made 27 appearances in the regular season (one goal) and one appearance in the play-offs. In January 2019, Ofori did not return to Stuttgart, instead the loan was extended for the 2019 season. At the beginning of 2020 he returned to his former club AIK Solna.

National team

Ofori reached the final with the Ghanaian U-20 national team at the U-20 African Cup of Nations 2013 and third place at the U-20 World Cup in 2013 . He made his A international debut for Ghana at the 2017 African Cup of Nations on February 4, 2017 in the game for third place against Burkina Faso .
