Eduard Gölzenleuchter

Heinrich Wilhelm Eduard Gölzenleuchter (also Goelzenleuchter ) (born February 28, 1810 in Offenbach am Main , † after 1866) was a Hessian businessman and politician and a member of the 2nd Chamber of the Estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse .

Eduard Gölzenleuchter was the son of the trader Johann Martin Gölzenleuchter and his wife Wilhelmine Christine, née Döring. Gölzenleuchter, who was of Protestant faith, married Maria Elisabeth nee Müller.

Gölzenleuchter was a merchant in Offenbach. From 1850 to 1863 he was President of the Offenbach Chamber of Commerce . When the Chamber was founded in 1821, his father was already a member.

In 1849 he was a member of the Second Chamber of the Estates. He was elected for the constituency of the city of Offenbach .
