Ehrenhöbaren is a village and a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Schrems in the Gmünd district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 32 building areas with 12,255 m² and 12 gardens on 7,520 m² in the cadastral community Ehrenhöhnen, in 1989/1990 there were already 41 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 94 and in 2009/2010 there were 49 buildings on 96 building areas.

Agriculture

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 134 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 33 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 126 hectares and 58 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 121 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 60 hectares. The average number of soil climates of Ehrenhöhnen is 19.5 (as of 2010).
