Reviews

  • Film-Dienst : " These" fragments of a 1964 film "by Godard are about making the world aware of semiotics as language, as a system of signs that has to be deciphered. Images, words, music and noises are apparently combined at random, but refer to the manipulations that control human behavior, which are barely perceptible in everyday life. "
  • Heyne Filmlexikon (1996): " The" fragment of a film shot in 1964 "(Godard) is a brilliant essay about perceptions and (self-) deception in everyday life. "

Awards
