A woman is a woman (original title: Une Femme est une Femme ) is a French musical comedy in the style of Nouvelle Vague by Jean-Luc Godard from 1961. It was Jean-Luc Godard's first feature film to be shot in Cinemascope , besides, it is his first color film. The film is about a burlesque dancer , Angela, who has an immediate desire to have children, her boyfriend, Émile, but does not want to get involved so quickly.
