The 2007/08 season was the fourth season of the Elite Women's Hockey League , a women's ice hockey league . In the fourth year of its existence between September 1, 2007 and February 3, 2008 a total of eleven teams from Austria , Italy , Hungary , Slovenia , Croatia , the Czech Republic and Slovakia took part. The fourth champion of the league was the newcomer HC Slavia Prague .

mode

The eleven participants played in a double round in the league system , so that each team played 20 games. The team with the most points won the title in the end. A team received three points for a win and two points for a win after extra time . The losing team received no points after regular time, but one point if they lost after extra time.
