Elle: Sing for your dream (Original title: Elle: A Modern Cinderella Tale ) is an American television film from 2010 with Ashlee Hewitt and Sterling Knight .

action

Elle Daniels is auditioning for Burkle Music School when Allen walks in and tells her the plane her parents were on has crashed. Six months later she did an internship at her uncle's record label, where she had to play the servant for the band Sensation , even though she actually wanted to present a song to her uncle. One day, Ty Parker, a famous pop musician, contacts her uncle's record label to sign a record deal with him because he finally wants to make his "own" music and feels right with this label. One night when he saw a girl in the sound studio who looked so beautiful and who could also sing beautifully, he asked her if they wanted to go for a walk together. Elle posed as Kandy Kane to Ty and spoke to him for an entire evening.

The next day she found out that her song, which she had recorded the previous evening, had overridden the recording by the band Sensation. Ty signs a contract with the record label, believing that Elle is Kandy with whom to sing the duet. Elle is afraid of the consequences and does not reveal herself to Ty - not even when he searches for her in public. Meanwhile, Sensation and Kandy learn that Elle is the stranger and try to harm her with all possible means.
