Elsbeth Walch

Elsbeth Walch (born February 17, 1921 as Elsbeth Schmid in Beutelsbach / Württemberg ; † February 21, 2012 ) was a German writer .

Life

Elsbeth Walch studied German and history at the Universities of Tübingen and Freiburg im Breisgau . Then she taught at the Kepler Gymnasium in Bad Cannstatt . Later she lived with her husband, a Protestant pastor , in different places, including a. in Heilbronn and Stuttgart . The marriage had six children. Elsbeth Walch spent her retirement in Backnang .

Since the 1950s, Elsbeth Walch has published a large number of narrative works for young people and adults as well as plays for amateur theater .
