Emil Nazim oğlu Balayev ( Russian Эмиль Назим оглы Балаев Emil Nasim ogly Balajew ; born April 17, 1994 in Volgograd , Russia ) is an Azerbaijani- Russian football goalkeeper . The Azerbaijani international is under contract with Zirə FK .
Career
societies
Balayev moved up to the first team squad at Neftçi Baku for the 2011/12 season . After a loan to Sumqayıt PFK in the 2011/12 season , in which he remained without use, he came after his return on September 25, 2012 in a 2: 3 defeat against Sumqayıt PFK to his debut in the Premyer Liqası . As in the previous year, he and the team won the championship at the end of the season. In the 2013/14 season he was awarded to the league rivals FK Mil-Muğan , but was not used. Back in Baku, Balayev played nine games in the first half of the 2014/15 season .
For the second half of the 2014/15 season Balayev moved to Eintracht Frankfurt in the German Bundesliga . His contract ran until June 30, 2016 and was not extended thereafter. In early October 2016, Balayev returned to Azerbaijan and joined Qarabağ Ağdam . In January 2017 he switched to Səbail FK . As of January 2019, Balayev played for Tobyl Qostanai for a year . At the end of the year he was named Azerbaijani Footballer of the Year . In March 2020, Balayev joined the Zirə FK .
National team
Balayev played four times for the Azerbaijani U21 selection from 2011 to 2015 . On March 25, 2019, he made his debut in the 0-0 friendly match against Lithuania in the senior national team .
