For the first time in an international championship, Estelle Raffai competed at the U18 World Championships in Cali 2015. There she took seventh place over 100 meters and just barely missed a medal in fourth over 200 meters. In 2016 she won bronze over 200 meters and silver with the French 4 x 100 meter relay at the U20 World Championships in Bydgoszcz . In 2017, she was part of the French 4-by-200-meter relay for the IAAF World Relays 2017 in the Bahamas , with which she finished sixth. At the U20 European Championships in Grosseto , she was the favorite in the 200 meter run, but had to be satisfied with fifth place. With the French relay she was able to win silver again. With her performance, she also qualified for the World Championships in London , where she reached the semi-finals over 200 meters . The following year she was seventh at the Mediterranean Games in Tarragona in 23.51 s and then won in 43.29 s with the 4-by-100-meter relay .
At the IAAF World Relays 2019 in Yokohama she won the 4 x 200 meter relay in 1: 32.16 minutes and then she won the silver medal behind the Latvian Sindija in 23.35 seconds at the U23 European Championships in Gävle Bukša and also with the 4 x 100 meter relay she won the silver medal in 43.82 s. At the beginning of October she took part with the relay at the World Championships in Doha , but was disqualified there in the run-up . Then she reached the semi-finals at the Military World Games in Wuhan over 200 meters and was eliminated there with 24.24 s.
