The glazed viewing platform at a height of 875 m can be reached either with an eight-person elevator or via 241 steps. There is a climbing wall at the tower .

Cyril path

The hurricane Kyrill destroyed on 18 January 2007 large parts of the tree population on the mountain. An affected area was not cleared, but secured and made accessible to visitors. There you can balance over lying tree trunks on the 260 m long Kyrill path , climb over them or crawl under them. The nature trail is located south of the hilltop, a little above the 798  m high crossroads at the Großer Grube .
