Eva Maria Bitter (born October 8, 1973 ) is a German show jumper . Between 2003 and 2014 she won six German championship titles with the Amazons.

Career

Eva Bitter came to equestrian sport through her parents at the age of five and started at tournaments at the age of 10, both in A jumping and A dressage . In her younger years she was trained by Manfred Kötter . With her first large horse , the gelding Winston , she specialized in show jumping. First, Bittner completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk. She later trained with Ludger Beerbaum and Heinrich-Wilhelm Johannsmann, among others .

At her first Nations Cup participation at the European Young Rider Championships in Spangenberg in 1993, she won gold with the team on Argelith's Gento . At the European Young Rider Championships in Millstreet in 1994 she won the gold medal in the individual competition on Argelith's Gento .

In 2004 she won the Frankfurt championship on Argelith Stakkato . In 2010 she won the German Classics with Satisfaction . In 2012 she took first place in the Verden Grand Prix on Perigueux . With Caresse she was again German champion with the Amazons in Balve in 2014 .

On Perigueux she won the Grand Prix in Groß Viegel (CSI3 *) in 2015 and the Villach Grand Prix (CSI3 *) in 2016 .

Eva Bitter has two daughters and runs a show stables in Bad Essen together with Marco Kutscher .
