The football club Hagen / Uthlede 2000 eV , shortly FC Hagen / Uthlede is a football club from the unified community Hagen in Bremen in the district of Cuxhaven . The club was founded in 2000 and has the club colors green-black. The first soccer team was promoted to the fifth-class Oberliga Niedersachsen in 2018 . FC Hagen / Uthlede plays its home games on Blumenstrasse in Hagen.

history

The club was created in 2000 through the merger of the soccer departments of Hagener SV and TSV Uthlede . The Hagener SV was founded in 1863 as MTV Hagen . In addition, the clubs TV Gut-Heil Hagen and VfR Hagen existed . The latter laid the footballing roots of today's club in 1922. In 1928, TV Gut-Heil and VfR merged to form TSV Hagen , which was renamed Hagener SV after the end of the Second World War . Between 1970 and 1974 he played in the Verbandsliga Nord , the second highest amateur league in Lower Saxony at the time. In 1971, the Hagen team won the Stade District Cup with a 2-1 win after extra time against VfL Sittensen . With Jonny Otten and Andreas Nagel , the Hagener SV produced two future professionals. Merger partner TSV Uthlede was founded in 1925.

Men's soccer

FC Hagen / Uthlede started in the district class before the club had to relegate to the district league Cuxhaven in 2003 . There he was promoted to the district league again in 2009, where the next promotion was just missed. Only because of the worse goal difference compared to the second team of SV Drochtersen / Assel , the Hagen runners-up. In the following 2010/11 season, they were promoted to the Lüneburg regional league , from which the team had to relegate after only one season. In the next season 2012/13 the renewed promotion to the state league succeeded. After being promoted again, the team from the Blumenstrasse managed to keep their league one matchday before the end of the season. The FC finished 10th in the final table of the 2013/14 season. In the summer of 2017, the FC published their first own club anthem "Green & Black (FC olé!)". The hymn was composed and sung by the duo H / U, consisting of musician Mirco Wenzlaff and stadium announcer Hendrik Ehlers.

There, FC Hagen / Uthlede was runner-up behind Blau-Weiß Bornreihe in the 2015/16 season . Before that, FC had qualified for the district cup final. In the final, Hagen / Uthlede lost 3-0 to the host MTV Treubund Lüneburg . In the following season, the team came third behind MTV Eintracht Celle and TuS Harsefeld. In 2018 the club secured the championship early and was promoted to the Lower Saxony Oberliga. Youth football

The youth of FC Hagen / Uthlede have been playing in the Staleke Hagen youth development association in Bremen since 2011 . The JFV is an amalgamation of the youth football departments of the Wittstedt / Driftsethe / Bramstedt community , TSV Sandstedt and FC Hagen / Uthlede.
