On October 22, 1934, the general assembly of FC Roland and DJK Blau-Weiß decided to merge the two clubs under the name Sportvereinigung Lohne. In 1936 the gymnastics club TuS 1894 Lohne also joined. After the Second World War , on October 22, 1945, this merger became the gymnastics and sports club Blau-Weiß Lohne von 1894 eV , which still exists today. The greatest success of FC Roland Lohne was the Wildeshausen Gaume Championship . The DJK Blau-Weiß Lohne was more successful . In 1932 the club won the Lower Saxony championship of the German youth force after a 5-4 win over Raspo Osnabrück and then became Central German DJK champions. Between 1934 and 1936, the SpVgg played in the second highest division and then slipped at the district level.

In 1949 Blau-Weiß Lohne was one of the founding members of the third-class amateur league 2 . The club quickly became one of the top teams in the league. At the same time, however, the aversion to promotion games that continues to this day began . In 1952, blue-white lost the final of the relay championship against Sparta Nordhorn . After six runner-up championships, the Lohner won the championship in 1964. The possible jump into the Lower Saxony state league was missed in the promotion round. After the dissolution of the amateur leagues, Blau-Weiß Lohne continued to play in the fourth-class Verbandsliga West from 1964 . In 1966 they became champions after a 2-1 win after extra time against SpVgg Gaste-Hasbergen , but failed again in the promotion round. After several years of mediocrity, blue-white caused a sensation in the North German Cup in 1972 when TuS Celle and Itzehoer SV were initially eliminated. Only the then regional league leader VfL Wolfsburg was able to stop the wages.

In 1978 the next association league championship followed, this time with an eleven point lead over TuS Haste 01 . Again the blue-whites failed their nerves in the promotion round when they lost on the last match day at home in front of 3,000 spectators against the Lüneburg SK . Four years later, they were promoted to the highest league in Lower Saxony , but all champions were allowed to move up this season, so that no promotion round was necessary. Right away, the Lohner were able to secure the championship, but failed after a good start in the promotion round to the Oberliga Nord . The next chance for promotion came in 1988 when the wages became runner-up behind VfL Herzlake . On the last day of the promotion round they lost 2: 3 at Meiendorfer SV .

The third attempt to move up to the Oberliga Nord failed. With luck, the blue-whites reached the promotion round in third place. Lohne had the best goal difference compared to the teams from Lüneburger SK, TSV Verden and VfR Osterode 08 with equal points . Shortly before the start of the promotion round, coach Klaus Ebel had to leave and the team again missed the class jump. In 1994 the Lohner qualified for the newly created Oberliga Niedersachsen / Bremen and thus played above the state association for the first time. After two fifth places, relegation followed in 1997. Blue-White managed to get back up straight away, followed by three more years in the league. In 2006, Blau-Weiß Lohne was relegated from the Lower Saxony West League and was able to stay in the Weser / Ems regional league until 2009 . Three years later, he was promoted to the Weser / Ems regional league .

There the Lohner were runner-up behind the SV Atlas Delmenhorst in 2017 . On the last day of the match, Lohner gambled away the title with a draw at SV Bad Rothenfelde . In the following season 2018/19, the blue-whites missed promotion on the last day of the game. Since master SV Bevern early announced that he would not be promoted, second place was enough for the leap into the league. On the last day of the match, Lohne lost 4-1 at Vorwärts Nordhorn , while competitor Kickers Emden simultaneously won 2-1 at Grün-Weiß Mühlen and overtook Lohner due to the better goal difference. Finally, in 2020, he was promoted to the top division.

On March 19, 1971, the founding meeting of the tennis department of TuS Blau-Weiß Lohne took place in the Kalvelage restaurant under the direction of the business administration chairman Ernst Pundt. The new department was named Tennis Club Blau-Weiß Lohne. The tennis department had three existing tennis facilities when it was founded. At the general meeting on February 12, 1974, it was decided to expand the existing facilities with a players' home and three tennis courts. At that time, the department had 300 members. On August 12, 1977, at a general meeting of the tennis department, it was decided to found the tennis club Lohne as an independent club. The entry in the register of associations took place on September 7, 1977 and thus the final withdrawal from TuS Blau-Weiss Lohne.
