Faruk Vražalić (born June 22, 1990 in Sarajevo , SR Bosnia and Herzegovina , SFR Yugoslavia ) is a Bosnian-Herzegovinian handball player .

Career

Faruk Vražalić played in his home country for RK Bosna Visoko and RK Bosna Sarajevo , with whom he won the trophy in 2010 and the championship in 2010, 2011 and 2012. In 2012 he moved to Spain in the ASOBAL league to Ademar León . After his contract was terminated in 2013 due to León's financial problems, the 1.90-meter-tall right winger , who can also play in the right backcourt , joined the German Bundesliga club ThSV Eisenach , which he left after one season. In November 2014 he was signed by the Bundesliga club HBW Balingen-Weilstetten . When his contract was not renewed after the 2014/15 season, he joined the Füchsen Berlin in the following season , with whom he became club world champion in 2015 . Since 2016 he has been playing in Turkey for Beşiktaş Istanbul, with whom he became Turkish champions and cup winners in 2017 and 2018.

Vražalić is a member of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian national team .
