Marko Kopljar (born February 12, 1986 in Požega , SR Croatia , SFR Yugoslavia ) is a Croatian national handball player. His body length is 2.10 m, his body weight is around 98 kilograms. He currently plays for the German club Füchse Berlin .

Athletic career

Kopljar ​​began his professional career at the Croatian handball club RK Zagreb . For the first time internationally he played for RK Zagreb in the Cup Winner's Cup competition of the 2004/05 season; Then in 2005/06 in the EHF Challenge Cup competition. In the 2006/07 season he again took part in the Cup Winner's Cup competition with RK Zagreb . In the EHF Champions League competitions Kopljar ​​played for RK Zagreb in the 2007/08 , 2008/09 , 2009/10 , 2010/11 and 2011/12 seasons . The backcourt player moved to the French first division club Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2012 . With Paris he won the championship in 2013 and 2015 and the French Cup in 2014 and 2015. Marko Kopljar ​​has played 147 international matches for the Croatian national team so far , in which he scored 305 goals.
