The Fen He ( Chinese 汾河 , Pinyin Fén Hé ) or Fen Shui ( 汾水 , Fén Shuǐ ) is next to the Wei He the most important tributary of the Yellow River ( Huang He ), which then flows into the Gulf of Bohai .
The Fen He flows through Shanxi Province and its capital, Taiyuan .
