The First Division 1940/41 was the seventh season of the top Cypriot division in men's football .

Champion became AEL Limassol .

After the withdrawal of Pezoporikos Larnaka , the season was carried out with five teams. These played twice against each other, divided into a first half and a second half. Since two teams at the top of the table were tied, the champions were determined in two play-offs.
