The First Division 1937/38 was the fourth season of the top Cypriot division in men's football .

Champion became defending champion APOEL Nicosia . All five participants achieved the same position as in the previous year.

mode

After Olympiakos Nicosia and Anorthosis Famagusta withdrew , the season was carried out with five teams. These played against each other twice, divided into a first half and a second half. However, only a total of twelve games were played.
