The airfield Bad Dürkheim is a small German airfield in the district center Bad Dürkheim between Ludwigshafen and Kaiserslautern located.

Location and directions

The Bad Dürkheim airfield is in the immediate vicinity of the B 37 ( Kaiserslautern - Mosbach ) and B 271 ( Neustadt an der Weinstrasse - Wörrstadt ).

The eastern boundary of the airfield is the Palatinate Northern Railway , the closest stop of which is Bad Dürkheim-Trift, just a few minutes' walk away. From there, Mannheim and Kaiserslautern can be reached by train within an hour, and a little further on foot from the Neustadt-Böbig stop, the Lachen-Speyerdorf grass slope area (EDRL) can be reached.
