Four Nations Chess League 2002/03
The 2002/03 season was the tenth season of the Four Nations Chess League (4NCL).
Last year's runner-up Wood Green won the first ten rounds and was thus prematurely established as champions before they tied against runner-up Guildford A&DC . The defending champion The ADs (last year still as Beeson Gregory at the start) had to be content with seventh place after a large part of the championship team had left the club. Another club had also been renamed; the Midland Monarchs went from now on as Betsson.com to the start. Richmond, Perceptron Youth and the South Wales Dragons were promoted from Division 2 . As the only newcomer, Richmond achieved relegation, while the South Wales Dragons and Perceptron Youth were relegated directly with Bristol. For the reported team squads, see the Four Nations Chess League 2002/03 team squad .

The competitions took place on November 23 and 24, 2002, January 18 and 19, March 8 and 9, April 12 and 13 and May 3, 4 and 5, 2003. The first two and the the last three rounds were held at West Bromwich and the remainder at Telford .
