Four Nations Chess League 2014/15
The Four Nations Chess League 2014/15 is the 22nd season of the Four Nations Chess League (4NCL).
Champion became the defending champion Guildford A&DC . In the previous year, The ADs , Hackney, Warwickshire Selects and South Wales Dragons were promoted , these occupied the relegation places. However, since e2e4.org.uk withdrew its team, the South Wales Dragons were still relegated as the best relegated team.

Game dates
The competitions took place on November 15 and 16, 2014, January 10 and 11, 2015, February 14 and 15, 2015, March 28 and 29, 2015 and from May 2 to 4, 2015. The first four as well the last three rounds were organized centrally in Hinckley , the rest in Birmingham .

Pool A
All decisions were made before the last lap. In the championship pool, the second team from Guildford A&DC took over 4: 2 points, the first team from Barbican and White Rose 3: 3 points each and Blackthorne Russia 2: 4 points. In the Demotion Pool Wood Green Hilsmark Kingfisher started with 6: 0 points, the South Wales Dragons with 4: 2 points, The ADs with 2: 4 points and Warwickshire Selects with 0: 6 points.

Note : Wood Green Hilsmark Kingfisher lost two games without a fight against Blackthorne Russia, as a result of which 1.5 board points were deducted from them. In the competitions against the second team from Guildford A & DC and The ADs, Wood Green Hilsmark Kingfisher lost a game without a fight, so that half a board point was deducted from them each. Warwickshire Selects lost a game without a fight in the match against the South Wales Dragons, so that half a board point was deducted from them. The second team from Guildford A&DC lost a game to The ADs without a fight, so that they were deducted a board point.
Pool B
While the first team from Guildford A&DC as well as Cheddleton and Oxford qualified early for the championship pool, the decision about fourth place was only made in the last round. In the championship pool, Guildford took over 6: 0 points, Cheddleton 4: 2 points, Oxford 2: 4 points and Grantham Sharks 0: 6 points, in the demotion pool Cambridge and Barbican's second team started with 5: 1 points each, e2e4.org .uk and Hackney each with 1: 5 points.

Demotion pool
Before the last round, Warwickshire Selects, Hackney and The ADs were already relegated to three. In the last lap, e2e4.org.uk overtook the South Wales Dragons, so that all four newly promoted players would have been relegated immediately. However, after e2e4.org.uk withdrew his team for the coming season, the South Wales Dragons achieved relegation as the best relegated.
