Frank Klein (born January 10, 1966 in Darmstadt ) is a German music manager and disc jockey .

From 1998 to 2008 he worked for the record label Superstar Recordings based in Mühltal as A&R . In 2002 he succeeded in signing the Indian DJ and producer Panjabi MC , who had previously been almost unknown in the western world and to which Superstar Recordings had almost worldwide rights. The single Mundian to bach ke won gold awards in more than ten countries, an MTV Europe Music Award and the World Music Award .

Other signings in which he was involved are for example: DJ SPUD , Boogie Pimps , Tocadisco , Global Deejays , Moguai , 2 Elements , Axwell , Disco Boys . In 2008 he co-founded the Cologne-based WePLAY Music & Management . As A&R, he was jointly responsible for the signings and artistic development of Laserkraft 3D , Faul & Wad Ad and Robin Schulz (see Robin Schulz / discography ). In 2016 he left WePLAY to work at SDM as General Manager.

Under the pseudonyms Dabruck & Klein, Profanation, GMM and D&K , Frank Klein, together with Stefan Dabruck and Peter Jürgens , Manuel Schleis and the producer trio Junkx, produces his own pieces of music and remixes for Tocadisco , Axwell , DJ SPUD , Moby , Dada Life , Dimitri Vegas, among others & Like Mike .
