Athletic career

In terms of sport, she first tried her hand at roller-skating , before she came to athletics at the LG Mittweida at the age of nine and immediately won a sprint cup. She went to the sports club on the advice of her teacher, because she was always the best in physical education in elementary school .

Over the years she developed into a consistently successful hurdler, which gave her a place in the perspective squad of the German Athletics Association (DLV) .

Club affiliations

Hofmann starts for LAC Erdgas Chemnitz and was previously at LG Mittweida .
