Friedrich Wilhelm Heinrich von Hausen

Friedrich Wilhelm Heinrich von Hausen (* 1739 - † January 2, 1818 in Königsberg ) was a Prussian lieutenant general and chief of Infantry Regiment No. 16 . He was also the hereditary lord of Powarben, Sudnicken, Podlacken, Molsehnen, Wesselshoefen, Schugsten, Bloestau, Krummteich, Wehlack, Sand, Germehnen, Schaaksvitte, Gudda and Groeckau.

Life

origin

He was the son of Lieutenant Colonel Friedrich Ehrenreich von Hausen (1694–1745) and Amalie Luise von Grumbkow (1726–1790), daughter of Field Marshal Friedrich Wilhelm von Grumbkow . His father was a steward of Ragnitz and hereditary lord on Powarben, Molsehenen, Bloestau, Hohenfelde and Schungsten.

Military career

Hausen became adjutant to Prince Heinrich of Prussia in 1754 . During the Seven Years' War he distinguished himself in Prague , Roßbach , Freiberg , Leuthen and Hochkirch .

When King Friedrich Wilhelm II accepted a special parade at Heiligenbeil in 1789 , he awarded the colonel at the time with the Pour le Mérite . On May 24, 1792 he was appointed major general and received Infantry Regiment No. 16, which was stationed in Rastenburg . In 1795 the General Polish bought Litthauen , where a gold medal was struck in his honor. In 1799 he retired as a lieutenant general with a pension . He died in Königsberg in 1818.

family

He was married to Anna Albertine Usula von Knobloch (born November 29, 1740, † September 11, 1818) from the Schulkein family. She was the daughter of Karl Gottfried von Knobloch and widow of Franz Friedrich von der Groeben from the Wehlack family. Hausen and his wife had the following daughter:
