The Oberliga Berlin in 1980/81 was the seventh season of the Berlin Association ballgame teams conducted Oberliga Berlin .
As in the previous year, Berlin's FC Preussen became champions . Since the 2nd Bundesliga was reduced from two to one season in the 1981/82 season, there were no promoters this time. Accordingly, the master only took part in the amateur championship , in which the team lost in the first round to MTV Ingolstadt .
After Tennis Borussia Berlin second division team from the northern season missed the qualification for the single-track 2. Bundesliga, in addition to Wacker 04 Berlin and Blau-Weiß 90 Berlin , Rapide Wedding also had to relegate to the subordinate state league. In return, SC Charlottenburg and Tasmania Neukölln rose in the following season .
