Gackenmühle is a district of the municipality of Illesheim in the district of Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim in Middle Franconia in Bavaria .

geography

The wasteland lies on the southern bank of the Aisch and the Scheckenbach, which flows into the Aisch as a right tributary. Approx. The Storck Barracks are 0.25 km south . Approx. The Wolfsbuck rises 1 km to the west ( 331 m above sea level ), about 0.5 km to the east the Täfertsbuck rises ( 333 m above sea level ), and about 0.75 km to the north are the road fields . A municipal road leads the district road NEA 39 and the federal road 470 crossing to Schwebheim (2.7 km west). An agricultural traffic route leads to the B 470 (0.3 km northwest).

history

Towards the end of the 18th century, the Gackenmühle belonged to Illesheim. The imperial city of Windsheim was the landlord of the mill . Under the Prussian administration (1792-1806) of the Principality of Bayreuth, the Gackenmühle was given house number 31 in the town of Illesheim.

As part of the community edict, Gackenmühle was assigned to the Schwebheim tax district formed in 1811 . She also belonged to the rural community Schwebheim formed in 1817 . With the second community edict (1818) she was re-ceded to Illesheim.
