Gebhard IV of Gosham
Gebhard IV. Von Gosham , also von Gotzenheim or von Hohenlohe-Gotzesheim († July 14, 1105 ) was the 18th bishop of Regensburg from 1089 to 1105.
Gebhard IV appears in the literature as von Gosham, von Gotzenheim (as the son of Gottfried I von Raabs , Lord of Gosham) and von Hohenlohe -Gotzesheim.
According to Josef Staber, he was appointed by the emperor as bishop during the investiture controversy as a son of one of the excommunicated councilors of Henry IV . Despite his long term in office, he was neither ordained episcopal nor confirmed by an archbishop or pope.
